Overview
We want you to enjoy solving mysteries with KillerCatch. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your purchases.
Digital Content Purchases
KillerCatch cases are digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content:
- Unplayed cases: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you have not started the case
- Started cases: Refunds are generally not available once you have begun playing a case, as the content has been delivered
- Case bundles: Partial refunds may be available for unplayed cases within a bundle
When We Will Provide a Refund
We will provide a full refund in the following situations:
- Technical issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same case twice
- Unauthorized purchases: If a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
- Content not as described: If the case content significantly differs from what was advertised
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Cases that have been played or completed
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (for unplayed content)
- Dissatisfaction with the difficulty or outcome of a case you've played
- Change of mind after starting gameplay
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@killercatch.ai
- Include your Discord or Telegram username
- Provide the email address used for purchase
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Beta Access and Invite Codes
Free beta access and invite codes are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds. If you experience issues with beta content, please contact us for support.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension. We're happy to work with you to resolve any issues directly.
